The Story.
The name of the quilt is EDUCATION. I start making it in October 2013. Madiba was already sick, and he was an important figure in our history. It was with my compassion for him and his family in mind that I constructed this quilt.
I have used the most powerful quote and put it on a blackboard. With Madiba teaching us word for word what he believes and strive for.
I hope to help share this wisdom with the rest of the world.
